About this event
Below the Surface invites you to slow down long enough to notice what has been quietly unfolding within.
Held during the rare space between this month's solar and lunar eclipses, this 75-minute experience offers a gentle opportunity to reflect on life's natural cycles of release, growth, and renewal. We'll begin with guided journaling inspired by the themes of this eclipse season before settling into deeply supported restorative yoga accompanied by live sound.
As you rest, an immersive soundscape of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, flute, rain stick, and gong creates space for deep relaxation while optional hands-on assists encourage the body to soften even further.
Whether you're drawn by the symbolism of the eclipses or simply longing for an evening of quiet restoration, this practice is an invitation to look below the surface—to honor where you've been, recognize what may be ready to be released, and create space for whatever is gently emerging next.
All props are provided. You’re welcome to bring your own mat or props if desired. Please bring a notebook and a pen or pencil. No yoga experience is necessary.
